  1. To receive apologies for absence.
  2. To approve the Minutes of the meeting held on 5th, 10th and 20th November 2025.
  3. To formally approve the Risk Based Exclusion Policy.
  4. To consider a report on the Negotiating for better success in politics course.
  5. To  receive  a  report  in  connexion  with  ongoing  work  being  undertaken  by  the Constituency Support team in respect of States Members' data protection obligations.
  6. 10.00am - 10.15am - To receive an oral report from the Head of Digital and Public Engagement  in  connexion  with  the  cost  of  improving  the  search  functionality associated  with  Hansard  and  transcripts  of  Scrutiny  Hearings  (States  Assembly website).
  7. To note the Policy on Filming and Photography in the States Chamber.
  8. To receive an oral report from Deputy M. Tadier of St. Brelade in connexion with the position  of  the  Scrutiny  Liaison  Committee  in  relation  to  the  management  of correspondence to all States Members.
  9. To  consider  a  draft  Role  Profiles  document,  prepared  by  the  Machinery  of  the Government Sub-Committee.
  10. To consider a report from the Deputy Greffier of the States in connexion with guidance on Standing Order 106 - declarations of interest.
  1. To consider draft amendments to Standing Orders in respect of the suspension of elected Members.
  2. 12.00pm – 12.15pm - To receive Deputy M.R. Scott of St. Brelade in connexion with cyber-security.
  3. To consider forthcoming business for debate by the States Assembly and to decide whether the Committee wishes to comment on, or lodge an amendment to, any of the Propositions.
  4. To note the PPC Actions List for 2024 – 2025.
  5. To note that the next scheduled meeting will be held on Monday 19th January 2026, from 9.15am – 12.15pm, in the Blampied Room.
