- To receive apologies for absence.
- To approve the Minutes of the meetings held on 16th (Parts A and B) and 22nd July (Parts A and B), and 5th(Parts A and B)and 13th (Part B only) August 2026.
- To appoint Sub-Committee Chairs and decide whether to reconstitute the Pensions Sub-Committee (or whether to receive bi-annual updates from Rossborough to the main Committee).
- To receive a report from the Assistant Greffier of the States, Chamber and Members' Support in connexion with existing wellbeing provisions and ongoing workstreams.
- To receive a report from the Assistant Greffier of the States, Chamber and Members' Support in connexion with the 2026 survey of States Members.
- To consider a report from the Deputy Greffier of the States in connexion with personal statements.
- To consider:
- recommendations from the Comptroller and Auditor General regarding financial and staffing statements on propositions; and,
- a report from the Deputy Greffier of the States in connexion with the above matter and in response to a proposal from the Minister for Sustainable Economic Development.
- To receive a report from the Deputy Greffier of the States in connexion with support for States Members in connexion with data protection matters.
- To consider a draft amendment to 'Amendment to Standing Orders - Change from the Government Plan to the Budget' (P.65/2026).
- To consider a report from the Deputy Greffier of the States in connexion with the proposed incorporation of Jèrriais in States Meetings.
