Privileges and Procedures Committee Agenda

- To receive apologies for absence.
- To note the Terms of Reference for the Privileges and Procedures Committee.
- To note the Legacy Report of the Committee, as previously constituted.
- To note a draft report and proposition in the name of the Minister for Treasury and Resources seeking amendments to Standing Orders, which are consequential upon amendments to the Public Finances Law (P.24/2026) and to note associated comments of the Committee as previously constituted, together with a supporting paper by the Deputy Greffier of the States.
- To appoint Members to Chair the following Sub-Committees –
- Diversity Forum;
- Machinery of Government;
- Political Awareness and Education; and
- Pensions.
- To approve Committee meeting dates for the remainder of 2026.
- To approve meeting dates for the States Assembly for the second half of 2027 (meeting dates for the first half of the year were previously approved by the Assembly to allow Members to forward plan) and the first half of 2028.
