- To receive apologies for absence.
- To approve the Minutes of the meetings held on 5th October 2026 (Parts A and B).
- To consider a report from the Deputy Greffier of the States regarding personal statements.
- To consider the following reports from the Deputy Greffier of the States in connexion with:
- recommendations from the Comptroller and Auditor General regarding financial and staffing statements on propositions;
- a proposal from the Minister for Sustainable Economic Development to introduce statements on the economic implications of propositions; and
- To consider a report from the Assistant Greffier of the States, Chamber and Member's Resources in connexion with training and development opportunities for States Members;
- To approve the membership of the PPC Sub-Committees.
- To consider a report from Members' Resources in connexion with P.101/2025 (lodged on 4th November 2025 by former Deputy R.S. Kovacs of St. Saviour ) in which PPC was requested to review all Standing Orders relating to breaches of the Code of Conduct for elected members.
