As presently worded, the proposed changes to the lower and upper age limits for jury service stand or fall together. Should a member not agree with one, he has no option but to vote against both.

This amendment allows members a choice.

The amendment of Article 3 is simply to make minor drafting improvements to the commencement provision of theLoi. The amendments have no financial or manpower implications.
