Amendment (1)
This is a tidying-up amendment.
Rather than allowing any argument over whether a given location within the Coastal National Park is "sensitive" or not, I believe it is far simpler for the Minister and for members if we take the view that ALL sites within our Coastal National Park are "sensitive".
Amendment (2)
Again, this is a tidying-up amendment. In my view, "more than two" is ambiguous. Some take it to mean "three or more"; others take it to mean "two or more".
My amendment removes this ambiguity. Financial and manpower implications
There are no additional financial or manpower implications arising from this amendment to the thirtieth amendment.
