ADDENDUM
If adopted, the eighth amendment to the Government Plan lodged by the Corporate Services Scrutiny Panel (P.130/2020 Amd.(8)) would require a consequential amendment to the Draft Finance (2021 Budget) (Jersey) Law 202-. The following is a copy of the amendment to the Draft Law that would be so required –

After article 7 insert –
"8 Article 95 (children) amended
In article 95(1) and (4), for "£3,000" there is substituted "£3,060".
9 Article 98A (additional allowance in respect of children) amended
In Article 98A(1A), for "£4,500" there is substituted "4,590".", and renumber the subsequent Articles accordingly.
