REPORT
Further to the statement made by the Minister for Infrastructure on 12th December 2025 entitled "Expressions of Interest ("EOI") process for the Havre des Pas Bathing Pool and Café", the Minister for Infrastructure confirms, in accordance with Standing Order 168(3A), that he does not intend to proceed with the intended action that was set out in R.158/2025 as provided and required under Standing Order 168(1)(a).
Following Jurat Anthony Olsen's review entitled "Review of Expressions of Interest process in relation to The Lido/Havre-des-Pas Bathing Pool and Café" (presented to the States as R.176/2025), in which Jurat Olsen was unable to conclude that the second part of the Expressions of Interest (EOI) process that led to the presentation of R.158/2025 was fairly conducted, the Minister has confirmed that this part of the process will be re- run.
The effect of this decision is that the Minister wishes to withdraw the action that was proposed in R.158/2025.
At the conclusion of the re-run of the second part of the EOI process, the Minister will be required to present a further report to the States in accordance with Standing Order 168.
