REPORT

On 2nd July 2026, the Minister for Health and Social Services made a Ministerial Decision delegating certain of his functions under Articles 28, 30 and 30A of the States of  Jersey  Law  2005  (see  Decision  reference  MD-HSS-2026-570,  available  at www.gov.je).

Deputy Rose Binet of Grouville and St Martin

Functions delegated:

Assistant Minister for Health and Social Services will have delegated responsibility for Adult Mental Health Services

Scope of delegation:

Full  delegation  in  respect  of  the  above  area.  This  includes the authority to sign ministerial decisions in respect of this area and in respect of any provisions included in any relevant legislation.

In the event that the Minister is unavailable or out of the Island, the Minister also delegated all powers and functions conferred upon or vested in the Minister, including the power to make an enactment, and all other areas where the Minister would otherwise have to act and be advised.

Functions delegated:

Assistant Minister for Health and Social Services will have delegated responsibility for Women’s Health
