Background
Article 5 of the Employment of the States of Jersey Employees (Jersey) Law 2005 ("the Law") concerns the membership of the States Employment Board.
Following the appointment of the Chief Minister on 30 June 2026, a reconstitution of the States Employment Board is required in accordance with Article 5(1)(a) – (c) of the Law.
Appointments
The Chief Minister made the following executive appointments to the States Employment Board:
- Deputy R. E. Binet of Grouville and St. Martin , Assistant Minister to the Chief Minister.
- Deputy M.R. Ferey of St. Saviour , Assistant Minister to the Chief Minister.
