Background  

The Minister for Treasury and Resources has delegated authority to represent the States of Jersey as shareholder of the following wholly and majority owned States-owned

entities:-  

Andium Homes Limited  

Jersey Electricity Plc  

Jersey Post Group Limited  

JT Group Limited  

Ports of Jersey Limited  

The Jersey New Waterworks Company Limited  

The States of Jersey Development Company Limited.  

Report  

The Minister for Treasury and Resources has approved for presentation to the States Assembly the 2025 Annual Reports and Accounts of the States-owned entities in order to maintain openness and transparency with regard to the management of the States'

assets.
