The Policy and Resources Committee confirms that, should Deputy Breckon's proposal be approved, the necessary amendments to the Opticians (Registration) (Jersey) Law 1962 to give effect to the proposal would be of a minor nature and would, in line with normal arrangements for such matters, be dealt with by the Law Draftsman without disruption to the legislation programme.
