Presented to the States on 1st April 2008 by the Minister for Treasury and Resources

COMMENTS

The Minister for Treasury and Resources is required by Standing Order 150 to give directions as to how remuneration and expenses are to be funded. Members will be aware that there is no longer a General Reserve. I therefore advise that, if this proposition is successful, I would direct that any costs of the Committee of Inquiry would need to be met from the budget of the Planning and Environment Department.
