COMMENTS

The Minister for Treasury and Resources may, under Standing Order 150(c), give directions on how the expenses of a Committee of Inquiry should be funded. The Minister considers that the cost, should this proposition be approved, must be met from the revenue cash limit of the Health and Social Services Department. The Minister has no intention of bringing a further request to the States for this additional funding.
