COMMENTS
The Privileges and Procedures Committee supports the amendment of the Deputy of St. Peter . The Committee recognises that if the system of Ministerial Boards is to work in a transparent and effective way, it would be beneficial for records of meetings to be drawn up by staff working in the States Greffe who are independent of any ministerial department.
