COMMENTS

The Council of Ministers is pleased to accept this proposition on the basis that the Chief Minister is shortly to bring forward a revised Public Holidays and Bank Holidays (Jersey) Act, to replace the existing 1952 Act. This will deal with the question of Public Holidays falling at the weekend.
