COMMENTS

The Minister for Treasury and Resources may, under Standing Order 150(c), give directions on how the expenses of a Committee of Inquiry should be funded. The Minister considers that the cost, if this proposition is approved, should be met from the revenue cash limit of the Home Affairs Department. Under Standing Order 150(b) the Minister also directs that costs should not exceed those estimated in the Deputy 's report and proposition without his express written approval.
