I will be supporting this proposition.
I understand and am sympathetic to parents who find themselves in this situation and I am supportive of the Deputy 's wish to address this tragic issue.
There is significant extra work to be done on this matter, but I will work to bring forward appropriate proposals to the Assembly to the Deputy 's timetable.
