PROPOSITION
THE STATES are asked to decide whether they are of opinion -
(a ) to approve drawings Nos. 2966:62 - 73 inclusive, showing Phase III of the refurbishment of Le Geyt Flats, St
Helier;
(b ) to authorise the Greffier of the States to sign the said drawings on behalf of the States. HOUSING COMMITTEE

The States is asked to approve drawings showing the next phase of the redevelopment of Le Geyt Flats.
The redevelopment of this third phase will include the demolition of one block of 12 flats and existing stores and the total refurbishment of 21 two bedroomed and 12 three bedroomed flats and the construction of new stores together with on-site parking and landscaping.
The refurbishment of the flats will include new roofs, improved insulation, double-glazed windows, balconies, gas central heating, the provision of new kitchens and bathrooms. The flats on the ground floor will have access to small private gardens.
