PRIVILEGES AND PROCEDURES COMMITTEE

REPORT

The Privileges and Procedures Committee recently wrote to all members to establish whether any member wished to become involved in the second phase of shadow scrutiny. Deputy J.A.  Martin of St.  Helier indicated that sh would, and the Committee, therefore, recommends to the Assembly that she be duly appointed.

There are no financial or manpower implications for the States arising from this proposition.
