Question
"In relation to the Jersey Resilience Forum (JRF), will the Minister –
- advise when the JRF was formed and the reasons for its establishment;
- publish its Terms of Reference;
- detail the membership of the JRF;
- outline the frequency of meetings; and
- advise whether the Minutes of the meetings are publicly available and/or could be provided?"
Answer
- The first meeting of the Jersey Resilience Forum took place in June 2021. It was established to bring together all responders that might contribute towards the assessment of risk from major incidents or emergencies, as well as making preparations, responding to incidents and ensuring recovery measures are in place.
- The Jersey Resilience Forum's role in responding to major incidents or emergencies can include managing malicious actors, so it is necessary to preserve confidentiality. In view of this, the terms of reference are not published. Copies of the document can be made available to States Members on a confidential basis.
