Draft Regulation of Care (Jersey) Amendment Law 202– - Sub-Panel Formation

Further to the Scrutiny Liaison Committee meeting of 15thJuly and our Panel meeting of 16thJuly, the Environment, Housing & Infrastructure Panel has established a subpanel to review theDraft Regulation of Care (Jersey) Amendment 202– proposals.

At present, the subpanel's precise remit and timetable have yet to be determined. We plan to convene the subpanel shortly after the forthcoming briefing on the Draft Law at the end of this month, at which point we will agree its scope, lines of inquiry, and timeframe.
