Briefing: New Healthcare Facilities Programme Update The Panel received the Minister for Health and Social Services and the New Healthcare Facilities Programme (NHFP) Team for a private update briefing on the status of the NHFP. The briefing was held in private in accordance with the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 (as amended) under Qualified Exemption Article 35 and a private file note was taken. |

2. Records of meetings The Panel approved the records of the meetings held on 7th and 28th April, 16th June, 1st September, 13th October and 24th November 2025. |

3. Panel de-brief and discussion on next steps The Panel debriefed following the private briefing held prior to the meeting and noted the invitation extended from the NHFP team to attend a visit to the Overdale Acute Hospital site, including the Facilities Management (FM) Hub. It was discussed and agreed that a site visit was not required at the current time. |

Correspondence from the Minister for Health and Social Services The Panel noted a letter of response from the Minister for Health and Social Services which provided an update on the Kensington Place and St Saviours Health Village and further noted an update on the implementation of the Panel’s recommendations made as part of its previous Scrutiny Review [S.R.2/2025]. It was agreed that no further action was required. |

5. Next meeting The Panel agreed that its next briefing and meeting be scheduled to take place on 9th March at 2:30pm in the Le Capelain Room, States Building. |
