Corporate Services Scrutiny Panel Review Call for Evidence

The Corporate Services Scrutiny Sub-Panel, chaired by Connétable Dan Murphy, is conducting a review into the:

Sale of the former Jersey College for Girls Site

and has agreed the following terms of reference:

To review:

  1. To determine whether the tender, selection and sale process used by the Minister for Treasury and Resources was open, fair and appropriate.
  2. To determine whether the proposed sale represents good and fair value for the people of Jersey.
  3. To examine any further issues related to the proposed sale which may arise in the course of the Scrutiny review that the Panel considers relevant.
