It is difficult to understand your speed limits. The problem as the
Police have said is that only 3% of accidents are caused by speed. Therefore don't you think you should be concentrating on the 97% rather than the 3%. It would make more sense. Your 30 limits are far too long in some areas, especially on main roads with a white line down the middle.
