Regarding your discussion on the Cycle helmets tomorrow I believe that Andrew Greens proposal should be strongly opposed.
We should be doing everything to encourage cycling and rather than forcing people to wear helmets (discouraging it) we should be looking to Denmark, Holland and Germany where many fewer people wear helmets yet cycling is much safer and more enjoyable.
