A3. To give further consideration to the drafting of a Referendum Act relating to the

proposed reform of the States.

A4. To receive an update from the Machinery of Government Steering Group.

A5. To consider the recommendation of the Machinery of Government Sub-Committee

regarding the appointment of an Ombudsman.

A6. To discuss procedures for the induction of newly appointed members of the States.
