Draft Sea Fisheries (Minimum Size Limits) (Jersey) Amendment Regulations 202- (P.53/2025): amendment (P.53/2025 Amd.) – Children’s Rights Impact Assessment

The amendment makes the following changes to the Draft Sea Fisheries (Minimum Size Limits) (Jersey) Amendment Regulations 202- and the commencement date of the change to minimum size for lobster is moved from 16th September 2025 to 13th October 2025.

As  with  the  Draft  Sea  Fisheries  (Minimum  Size  Limits)  (Jersey)  Amendment Regulations 202- children are not affected more than adults.

Groups of children could include early years, primary or secondary education; young adults; children with additional learning needs; disabled children; children living in poverty; children from particular ethnic backgrounds; migrants; refugees; care experienced children and LGBTQ+ children
