The amendment to P.67 makes some minor amendments to the proposition. Specifically, it removes the requirement to specifically deliver a detailed scheme of regeneration in part (b), while retaining the central concept of an extension of the West of Island Planning Framework, and, in part (c) that regeneration options should be considered; and to have the item as a standing item on the Regeneration Steering Group agendas.
