Question

Will the Chair advise –

whether any discussions were held by the Committee regarding Draft Amendment (No. 49) of the Standing Orders of the States of Jersey (P.143/2020);
if so, what the outcome was of any such discussions; and
whether the Committee considered lodging the proposition in its own name?

Answer

Prior to its lodging PPC had no sight of P.143/2020 and therefor no discussions took place.
