Question

"Will the Minister (as shareholder representative) state, in respect of Andium Homes, the number of homes –

currently owned;
under construction;
expected to be completed by the end of 2026, 2027 and 2028 respectively, broken down by those that will be available for –

social rent;
affordable purchase; and
open market sale?"

Answer

Andium currently owns 5,123 homes of which, for the purposes of answering part (c) of the question, 33 homes have been delivered in 2026.
Andium has 494 new homes under construction.
The table below sets out expected new home completions by tenure over the period requested:

58 homes of the 494 homes currently under construction will be completed in 2029.
