Question

"In relation to Blue Islands, will the Minister –

advise if it is anticipated that the £9.1 million owed to the Government will not be returned (whether in full or partially); and
explain why loans totalling £1.7 million were recently provided to the firm when it had been unable to pay off its existing debt?"
