Corporate Services Scrutiny Panel – Request for minutes

I hope that this finds you well.

Following recent discussions, the Panel requests minutes of all meetings held between Government of Jersey Officers and the Jersey Electricity Company (JEC). If meetings have taken place between Officers and the JEC for which no minutes have been produced, could you please provide the Panel with an explanation as to whether it is standard business practice for JEC to hold such meetings without an official record?

The Panel would also be grateful if you could provide a copy of your employee Codes of Conduct.
