Senator Kristina Moore
Chair of the Future Hospital Review Panel By email
Dear Senator Moore ,
Since the start of the project, the Our Hospital Political Oversight Group has expressed its intention to positively and constructively engage with the Scrutiny process. In order to facilitate this constructive relationship, the team have proactively shared records and papers of all POG meetings with the Panel, and has responded to all queries and questions.
The POG intends to continue to fully engage with the Future Hospital Review Panel's current review of the Our Hospital Outline Business Case (OBC) and the accompanying proposition to fund the £804 million project.
To this end, and in the spirit of developing the most appropriate plans for a new hospital for Jersey, the POG would like to ask the Panel whether it would be prepared to share the early findings of its review with the project team, so that key lessons can be learned and any issues identified can be addressed early.
In sharing findings as early as possible, both the Panel and the project could ensure that information to support a States Assembly decision on the budgets and financing of Our Hospital is of best possible quality and that any outstanding queries have been resolved collaboratively prior to the States debate.
Yours sincerely

Senator Lyndon Farnham
Deputy Chief Minister | Minister for Economic Development, Tourism, Sport and Culture Chair – Our Hospital Political Oversight Group
