Scrutiny Liaison Committee (SLC) Competent Authorities Ministers (CAM) Minutes

Further to the adoption by the States Assembly of P.86/2021 Competent Authority Ministers: Release of Minutes of Meetings to Scrutiny, in line with the provisions of the Proposition I write to request that you arrange the distribution to the Committee of:

all presently approved minutes of meetings of CAM held in 2020 and 2021 to date, by 5pm on Tuesday 9th November
the minutes of any meetings of CAM in 2020 and 2021 to date for which approval of the minutes is pending, within 24 hours of that approval being provided
the minutes of any subsequent meetings of CAM held in 2021 and 2022 during this Assembly term, within 24 hours of that approval being provided

In the case of part b' we would request that, at the time of providing the minutes in relation to part a', you also relay to us the dates of all meetings for which approval of the minutes is pending.

For transparency, it is the intention of SLC to distribute all CAM minutes received to the Health and Social Security Panel and the Safer Travel Guidelines Review Panel to inform their work. Any additional distribution will be made on a case by case basis, and, again for transparency, we will inform you of those cases as they arise through our respective officials.
