Following the expiration of R.19/2021 (re-issue) - Land Transactions Under Standing Order 168(3) – Office Accommodation Project, Union Street, St. Helier – Agreements the Panel requests confirmation that contracts pertaining to the commercial arrangements outlined in MD-PH-2021- 0008 Office Accommodation Project, Union Street, St. Helier : Agreements have now been signed.

The Panel would also request that a copy of the signed contracts pertaining to the commercial arrangements be forwarded on a confidential basis.
