COVID-19 Response and Recovery Review : Decision Making During Election Period

With May fast approaching the Panel write to request confirmation on the planned responsibilities and lines of accountabilities to deal with COVID items during the 2022 election period. The Panel would like to request an outline on contingency for Ministers and groups e.g. the Competent Authorities Ministers. As it is understood that political decisions should be limited during the period an indication and understanding on how this will be managed would be most valuable to the Panel.
