Update on Sustainable Healthcare Funding Questionnaire
I am writing to provide the Panel an update on the Sustainable Healthcare funding questionnaire which we have previously discussed with the Panel and with the wider States Assembly through the questions process.
Having considered the questionnaire in more detail and sought the advice of colleagues, I have decided that it would be in the public interest to instead consult on various funding options rather than proceed with a more general attitudinal questionnaire. Considering the complexity of this topic, I hope that you can appreciate why I have come to this decision.
As it currently stands, we are due to meet in private on 27 April 2023 to discuss Sustainable Healthcare funding, however, considering this change in the direction of travel, I am more than happy to bring any briefing forward if the Panel wishes to do so.
