Public Finances (Jersey) Law Amendments The Panel noted receipt of an invoice for £8,420.52 for work undertaken by The Chartered Institute of Public Finance & Accountancy (CIPFA) for its review of the Draft Amendments to the Public Finances (Jersey) Law 2005 Review. As this was within the initial budget of £10,000 agreed by the Panel for the engagement of CIPFA, it was noted that arrangements would be made for the invoice to be paid.
