1. Standing Orders of the States of Jersey: amendments

The Committee approved draft amendments to the Standing Orders of the States of Jersey as follows:-

to provide for the construction of references to Standing Orders by number only;
to reassign the topic "housing" from the Health, Social Security and Housing Panel to the Environment and Technical Services Panel. Also to remove the references to the titles by which Panels were known;
to allow the establishment of Review Panels by the Chairmen's Committee.

The Committee noted that these would be lodged "au Greffe" as necessary.
