1. Public Finance (Jersey) Law 2005 - Amendment

Following receipt of revised wording from the Law Draftsman on behalf of the Department of Treasury and Resources, the Panel attended a meeting with Ms P. Staley, Law Draftsman to seek clarification. The Panel raised concerns regarding the proposed wording and following an explanation from the Law Draftsman, the Panel approved the wording.
