1. Jersey Competition Regulatory Authority (JCRA)

The Panel welcomed the recently appointed Chairman of the Authority (Mr. Michael O'Higgins) together with the Director, JCRA to introduce the new Chairman to the Panel and discuss the role of the Authority, its interaction with government, resources, and arrangements for working with Guernsey as part of the Channel Islands' Competition and Regulatory Authorities (CICRA).
