1. P15.2016 Draft Education (Amendment No.3) (Jersey) Law 201-

The Panel considered its draft Comments paper, which was approved subject to revisions as discussed.

It was agreed that the precise timing and structure of the final Comments would be dependent on the position of the Minister regarding the Panel's overarching conclusion. The Panel therefore agreed that the Chairman would be delegated responsibility, with the support of the Scrutiny Office as required, for liaison with the Minister and relevant colleagues as well as for the subsequent publication of the Comments.
