1. Meeting with the Bailiff

As agreed by the Review Panel, the Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Deputy J. A.N. Le Fondré (as Chairman of the Corporate Services Scrutiny Panel) met the Bailiff to discuss whether a new Proposition would be required once the new plans for the hospital were submitted. This meeting was held in private in accordance with the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 (as amended) under Qualified Exemption Article 31.
