Narcotics Anonymous - Open meeting, dated 23rd May 2004
The Chairman and Mike Haden, Scrutiny Officer, attended an open meeting with Narcotics Anonymous on Sunday 23rd May 2004. It was not appropriate to take detailed notes during the meeting.
