Dear Scrutiny Officer
We would like to give our support to the proposed home loan scheme, it is a great idea and will greatly assist people to get a foot on the housing ladder.
We have always rented, the only thing stopping us from achieving our dream of owning our own property is the deposit. With two young children and ever increasing the cost of living we have never had enough disposable income to save for a deposit.
We would very much welcome an opportunity to be considered for the scheme as and when it is adopted by the states.
