Don't agree with this as for Jersey our Honorories with DVS do an acceptable job for our Island.

I can fully appreciate the need for vechicles going to France and further need to be checked by some sort of MOT.

My suggestion is to introduce an MOT system to vechicles going to France only and not an Island wide system.

The pet passport is an excellent system and works that very well, if you take your pet to France you need a passport so lets introduce a system that if you take your car off Island you need a MOT NOT for vechicles that remain on Island.
