Marilyn Gandy – 26th May 2021 Scrutiny Matters Feedback – Congestion

After hearing on the news last week about all the houses or flats that are going to be built in St Saviours, The old evening Post, back of close Pomelle (not sure how that is spelt) also St Saviours hospital.

Has anyone thought about all the extra traffic that will be on St Saviours Hill, there is already a build up of traffic in a morning, and none stop traffic all day. It would be interesting to see what the carbon output will be, maybe not safe to sit in my garden.

More houses will mean the schools will not be big enough so larger schools will need to be built.

I know there is a need for more houses especially for the young but please why St Saviours it is already too overcrowded.
