I do not see how such a ridiculous sum of £804 million has been arrived at. Someone is obviously getting big backhanders.
Only a few year ago the Dutch built a 300 bed hospital in Britain complete with scans and fully equipped operating theaters for £230 million.
Our politicians should do a bit of research instead of accepting such an offer at a ludicrous sum.
