I have been fishing for 40 years and last year I decided to invest in a new boat and fishing license with the future looking good with the hope of a 6 mile limit or at least a 3 mile limit around our off shore reefs which is just what we need to maintain our fish and shellfish stocks for the next generation. I hate to say it but with out these limits there won't be a next generation there will be nothing left to catch so please ACT NOW before it's to late. Regards Wayne Lowe
